During the production of Black Pearl, we have come across several interesting projects that reflect the reasons behind the Black Pearl Concept.
Each of them approaches the global problems this planet is facing, from a different perspective.
We start with the Effects – which are truly visible all around us, and work our way back through
Third Effect: the RESULTS of human industrial activity. The global crisis of climate change, global warming glacial melt etc. caused by run-away Industrial Cancer.
We are not doing things better – we are merely doing more of the same poor thing
Second Cause: the REASONS for unbridled and irresponsible industry, like the run-away Green House effect – is the run-away Commercial Greed Effect
We are not improving life on Earth, we are merely enriching the unscrupulous few
First Source Origin: the MENTALITY that gives rise to, and allows indiscriminate Commercial activities to occur and continue to occur – the run-away Consumer Ignorance Effect.
We are not learning from our mistaken opinions or beliefs, we are merely hoping that someone will learn for us.
Unfortunately, the only “someone’s” who will learn for us, are our children, after we are dead from our excesses and buried by our own ingrained ignorance.
What will they learn?
The first thing they will be forced to learn is: How To Clean Up The Mess Our Parents Left Behind.
The focus of Black Pearl is, and will be, to concentrate on this Source Origin, which is YOU the Consumer… and we are all consumers.
Because the vast majority of consumers are un-informed about what had to be done to get this product into their grasping hands… they actually have no care for what was destroyed to give them the benefit of purchasing this piece of junk.
Uninformed consumers only begin to complain when they notice that the corporate fat cats who made off to Paradise Island with their money, has left them with an even bigger bill to pay.
The work of BlackPearl is to draw together the various creative skills that exist in all disciplines of manufacture, construction, energy, housing, transport, media and education – to re-design society by starting at the source.
By creating the Smart Consumer, who will be smart enough to recognise that with their purchasing power alone, they can compel the corporations that run business in those disciplines to change their processes for the beterment of humanity.

The world you see today, full of war, corruption, elitism, pollution, poverty, epidemic disease, human rights abuses, inequality and crime is the result of this paralysis.
This movement is about awareness, in avocation of a fluid evolutionary progress, both personal, social, technological and spiritual.
What the Bleep Do We Know presents a viewpoint of the physical universe and human life within it, with connections to neuroscience and quantum physics. Some ideas discussed in both film and book are:
• The universe is best seen as constructed from thought (or ideas) rather than from substance.
• Beliefs about who one is and what is real form oneself and one’s realities.
• “Empty space” is not empty.
• Matter is not solid. Nuclei pop in and out of existence and it is unknown where they disappear to.
• Peptides manufactured in the brain can cause a bodily reaction to an emotion.
Among the Scientists who have reviewed What the Bleep Do We Know!? professor Clive Greated wrote that “thinking on neurology and addiction are covered in some detail but, unfortunately, early references in the film to quantum physics are not followed through, leading to a confused message”. Despite his caveats, he recommends that people see the movie, stating, “I hope it develops into a cult movie in the UK as it has in the US. Science and engineering are important for our future, and anything that engages the public can only be a good thing.”
